Deciding to focus this project on navy sayings and phrases. I have started to illustrate a few of the phrases I have learnt over the last week.
I'm just experimenting at the moment with different styles of drawing and then will analyze and compare to decide which best suites the context. These few combined type and image.
After getting some positive feed back on these images I've tried developing this one further and apply to the postcard layout. It's starting to take shape, however it still doesn't look professional. For this particular image I think it would look much better vectorized.
